You can configure channels, categories, sub-regions, territory levels and names, outlet classifications, custom attributes, dependent attributes, geo attributes, and parent-outlet layouts for wholesalers feeding their downstream retailers.

Newly added outlets go through an approval workflow. Admins can approve outlets, upload or correct GPS coordinates, remove bad geo-data, and map parent wholesalers to their downstream retailers.

Yes. The mobile app is offline-first, so reps keep adding outlets, geotagging and capturing orders inside crowded markets or in areas with patchy connectivity; everything syncs once connectivity returns. The platform is fully cloud-based with no on-premise setup.
