It starts at the pack. An administrator issues a batch of codes in the portal, ties each one to a SKU, and the codes go on before dispatch. When a shop owner or wholesaler points the app at one, the platform validates the code and checks its claim history in the same step, then credits whatever that SKU is worth. Where there is no network, the capture waits on the phone and posts itself when the device reconnects.
The invoice route covers everything bought before a code scheme reaches a category. A member records what was bought, how much of it, from which key distributor and on what date, then photographs the invoice. Submissions outside the 15 or 30 day window are refused on the spot. What remains goes to the key distributor to confirm and then to the brand sales team, which is the only stage that releases points.
Whichever route earned them, points sit in one GHS balance that converts to a cash transfer, airtime, vouchers or physical rewards. Members track their own claims through approval; administrators track claim volume, approval turnaround and outstanding liability by region from the same dashboards.
Our recognitions constantly motivate us to push the envelope of excellence and empower our customers with winning ideas each day.
Codes are issued centrally, tested at the moment they are presented, and held on the phone when there is nothing to test against.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
A code that works once cannot fund two claims, however many hands the pack passes through between the depot and a market stall.
Purchases that never carried a code still earn, on the strength of the invoice behind them.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
Because E-VAT invoicing runs through a Certified Invoicing System connected to the GRA, the document a member photographs is one that can be traced back to a real sale.
Nothing is credited until both parties who can actually vouch for the sale have said so.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
The key distributor employs the selling team and knows what left the warehouse; the brand holds the budget. Approval follows that split.
The claims a scheme quietly bleeds on are refused at submission rather than discovered in an audit.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
A photocopied invoice and a forwarded screenshot fail the same test, because the check runs against the transaction and not against the image.
Earning rules are set per product and per campaign, and changed without rebuilding the scheme.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
Trade schemes get revised when a price list changes or a category needs a push, and that change should take an afternoon rather than a release cycle.
Both earning routes pay into the same balance, so a member has one number to look at.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
Mobile money carries most of what Ghanaian trade collects, so a reward that arrives the same way needs no explaining at the counter.
What the scheme is costing and what it is moving, without exporting anything first.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
Programme managers can see whether Greater Accra, Ashanti and the northern regions are behaving differently, and move reward spend accordingly.
A claim is only worth paying when someone can point to the purchase behind it. Verifying the transaction, instead of accepting the paperwork, is what keeps a trade scheme's budget attached to real volume.
