Every outlet is audited against its own norms. When an auditor starts a session, the system queues audits and opens them one at a time, and each L1 result is recorded as pass or fail per parameter. Once an auditor has cleared their L1 quota, the system begins sending them L2 re-checks of other auditors' work, with the original auditor and outlet hidden. If the two results differ, the audit moves to a supervisor for L3, who audits the item again and decides which entry was right. Scores, L3 turnaround and each auditor's output then feed the audit reports.
Our recognitions constantly motivate us to push the envelope of excellence and empower our customers with winning ideas each day.
An auditor completes the first audit of an outlet and records the outcome for each parameter against that outlet's norms.
Features:
Why It Matters:
Every outlet visit ends with a recorded result that later levels can verify.
A different auditor redoes a randomly chosen audit without knowing who completed it first.
Features:
Why It Matters:
Tests how accurate L1 work is before anyone relies on it.
A supervisor takes any audit where L1 and L2 disagree and rules on the correct result.
Features:
Why It Matters:
Every disputed result ends with a supervisor's final decision.
Auditors start a session and the system serves up audits one at a time, so nobody searches for outlets by hand.

Why It Matters:
Auditors spend their time auditing instead of searching for outlets to audit.
Every parameter is marked pass or fail against its norm, and the weighted results become an overall percentage for the outlet.
Features:
Why It Matters:
A checklist becomes a score that can be compared across outlets and across auditors.
Supervisors and managers follow audit volumes across all three levels, L3 turnaround and each auditor's output in one place.
Features:
Why It Matters:
Pending work, slow L3 reviews and auditors behind target show up in one view.
