Monthly sales data from the DMS or ERP feeds the cloud loyalty engine via SFTP. Slab rules calculate points automatically. Distributors and retailers see the run in real time. Suited to FMCG and Dairy where channel sales are already digitised.

Invoice-Based Earning

Partners upload an invoice photo. Multi-level approval routes the claim through finance and brand teams. Once approved, points are released. Good for Food & Beverage and CPG categories where direct trade still uses paper invoices.
