Yes. Once a return is approved, the platform raises a VAT-compliant credit note in SAR, ready to match against your Fatoora-aligned invoicing records, and adjusts the customer's outstanding balance in the same step so finance does not enter it twice.

A secondary return is raised against an order: a baqala, mini-market or pharmacy sending stock back to its distributor. A primary return is raised against a GRN: a distributor or sub-distributor returning stock to the brand or supplier as RTV.
