Batch & Expiry Management Software United Arab Emirates

It's a cloud module found under Operations > Inventory > Batch/Expiry. Every batch-coded SKU carries its manufacturing and expiry dates, and stock is allocated by FIFO, FEFO, LIFO or Manual mode as orders come in from distributors, hypermarkets and other trade partners.

Four modes are available: FIFO (oldest manufactured stock first), FEFO (nearest expiry first, the recommended setting), LIFO (newest stock first) and Manual. The rule can be set per SKU under Settings > Batch Selection, or applied as a platform-wide default.

FEFO always dispatches the batch closest to expiry first, so short-shelf-life pharma, dairy and agro stock clears before it ages out. It suits any expiry-sensitive SKU moving through a fast-turning modern trade or baqala channel.

With it switched on, the order screen pulls a batch automatically using the configured rule. Toggle it off for a manual pick, useful during a recall or for a directed dispatch to one specific retailer.

Go to Masters > Product Hub > SKUs and set Tracking to Batch (adding Expiry or Serial where relevant). The Shelf Life (Days) field then drives the expiry calculations used by FEFO and the near-expiry alerts.

Yes. Stock Inward and GRN capture batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates line by line, including imports cleared through Jebel Ali or Khalifa Port. That data then flows through to Stock Levels, Transfers, Returns, dispatch and invoices.

Yes. The default sits under Settings > Batch Selection, and individual SKUs can override it as needed. Perishable lines can stay on FEFO while non-perishable lines run FIFO, all configured from the same cloud console.

Yes. Stock Traceability, Stock Ledger, Stock Aging, Stock Summary, Warehouse Stock and GRN reports all carry batch-level detail. Each can be filtered by warehouse, brand, category and status, then exported to Excel or CSV.
