Masters, Operations, Finance, Analytics and Export sit on one shared backend, joined by a chat assistant, FIFO/FEFO batch picking, automatic scheme application and OMR credit checks.

Type an everyday request such as "show my open orders" or "pull this month's sales for Salalah". The assistant works the same way in the portal and the mobile app, always drawing on the same live records every user already sees.

Auto-Select Batches inside Batch & Expiry Management runs FIFO, FEFO, LIFO or Manual rules. At dispatch the platform pulls the correct batches on its own, so nobody keys batch numbers by hand.

The rep selects the outlet, warehouse, payment mode and SKUs. Stock, scheme eligibility, OMR pricing and credit are all checked automatically before the order is accepted, then it moves into Delivery Note, Dispatch and Invoice.

Schemes are set up across steps for Basic Info, Eligible Products, Eligible Customers and Free Goods Slabs on a Buy-X-Get-Y basis. Volume, Value and Free Goods types add themselves to qualifying SKUs the moment an order is keyed.

Credit Management surfaces Total Credit Limit, Utilised, Overdue, DSO and On-Hold status for every account. The system prompts on over-limit orders during payment allocation, and orders past their limit can be sent for approval rather than blocked outright.

The Analytics view opens with KPI cards, a Sales Trend, Top Products and Top Schemes. The report library spans Inventory, Order, Sales, Operational, Financial, Audit, Field Force and Master Data, and each one exports to CSV.

Each export drops into the queue marked Processing, Completed or Failed alongside an Expires date. Generated files remain downloadable for seven days, so several people can grab the same one without rebuilding it.
