There are two sides to it: a cloud admin portal where receiving managers monitor inward activity, and a mobile-ready GRN screen for warehouse staff. The admin view surfaces Pending Receiving, Completed Today and Received Value cards, alongside a full table sorted by Source, Supplier, Warehouse and Status.

GRN Number, Source, Supplier, Warehouse, Date, Items, Status and Amount, all in one view. Filter by status or warehouse to see open, pending and closed GRNs across warehouses serving Muscat, Sohar, Salalah and the interior.

Every line is checked against the source PO or supplier invoice as it's posted. Where the received quantity doesn't match, that line is flagged and the brand owner, distributor or supplier is alerted so the gap gets resolved before it reaches stock records.

Accept the full invoiced quantity first, which keeps VAT records accurate, then raise a return against that GRN through the Returns module for any shortfall or damage. A credit note is issued back to the supplying party once the return is processed.

Yes. Batch number, manufacture date and expiry are captured directly on the GRN line, and from that point the batch is traceable for FIFO, FEFO or LIFO allocation and expiry alerts. That level of detail matters for FMCG, pharma and food and beverage SKUs, where accurate batch records support audit and traceability.

The destination warehouse is chosen directly on the GRN. Once confirmed, stock is added to that warehouse under Stock Levels and is available straight away for orders, transfers and dispatch.

Yes, though this is rarely needed along the main Muscat-Sohar-Salalah corridor, where connectivity is reliable. For a receiving site in the interior or a remote territory with intermittent signal, the mobile app still captures the GRN and syncs it to the portal once a connection is available.
