It is a cloud module under Operations > Inventory > Batch/Expiry. Every batch-coded SKU carries its manufacturing and expiry dates, and the platform allocates stock by FIFO, FEFO, LIFO or Manual mode as orders are raised for distributors, wholesalers and baqala or souq traders, with batch detail carried through to ETA e-invoicing records for full traceability.

Four are available: FIFO (oldest manufactured first), FEFO (earliest expiry first, recommended), LIFO (newest first) and Manual. Set the rule per SKU under Settings > Batch Selection or as a platform-wide default.

FEFO dispatches the batch nearest expiry first, so short-shelf-life pharma, dairy and agro stock clears before it ages out. It is the best fit for any expiry-sensitive SKU moving fast through souq and baqala trade.

With it switched on, the order screen pulls a batch automatically using the configured rule. Toggle it off for a manual pick, useful for a compliance check tied to ETA e-invoicing records or a directed dispatch to one specific retailer.

Under Masters > Product Hub > SKUs, set Tracking to Batch (with Expiry or Serial where needed). The Shelf Life (Days) value feeds the expiry math used by FEFO and the near-expiry alerts.

Yes. Stock Inward and GRN record batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates per line, including imports cleared through the Suez Canal corridor's ports at Alexandria, Damietta and Port Said. The data then flows to Stock Levels, Transfers, Returns, dispatch and invoices.

Yes. Settings > Batch Selection holds the default, and any SKU can override it. Perishable lines can stay on FEFO while non-perishables run FIFO, all from one cloud configuration.

Yes. Stock Traceability, Stock Ledger, Stock Aging, Stock Summary, Warehouse Stock and GRN reports all carry batch detail. Filter each by warehouse, brand, category and status, then export to Excel or CSV.
