Product Hierarchy Configuration
Like in SFA, the same Brand → Category → Product → SKU concept exists in the product master software. For example, in the Titan setup: Fastrack Fragrance is the brand, Men/Women/Unisex are categories, Beat for Him and Pulse for Him are products, and specific SKU codes and sizes are defined under them like 100 ml variants. This structure differs from brand to brand, so there is no hardcoded approach.

Unit of Measurement & Conversion Management
There is a conversion calculator for reference purposes. Some default units already exist in the system, and users can also create new ones. Conversion factors are defined here. For example, one box contains 10 packets, one packet contains 4 pieces. If Piece is the base unit and Box is another unit, we define how many base units equal one box. Decimal places can also be allowed for volume-based quantities.
