Admins create the QR codes in the back office and tie each one to a SKU. The codes go onto packs before stock leaves the depot for distributors, cash-and-carry and the township trade. A retailer or wholesaler opens the app and scans, and the platform confirms the code is real and unused before crediting points against the SKU rule — including out on a route with no signal, where the scan is held and synced later.
Where the earning is invoice-based, the retailer captures product, volume, value, purchase date and distributor, then uploads a photo of the invoice or till slip. That claim goes to the distributor, then to the brand sales team, and points credit only once both have signed. A 15- or 30-day upload window keeps stale claims out.
Either route feeds the same rand wallet, redeemable by instant EFT, PayShap, airtime, vouchers or merchandise. Admins follow scan activity, claim approvals and scheme performance province by province from the dashboards.
Our recognitions constantly motivate us to push the envelope of excellence and empower our customers with winning ideas each day.
Codes minted in the back office and validated as they are scanned — or held offline and synced when signal returns.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
One code per pack, claimable once, so nothing is counted twice as the case travels from cash-and-carry to spaza counter.
Proof of purchase captured as a structured submission plus a photo of the invoice or till slip.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
A structured form with a photo attached replaces the unprovable paper claim in a trade still settled largely in cash and on account.
Move every invoice claim through approval stages in sequence before a single point is credited.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
Two stages of approval track the real distributor-to-retailer chain, so only a genuine purchase turns into a reward.
Controls that turn away invalid and repeated claims without anyone intervening.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
Automated checks defend the scheme budget without a team policing claims by hand.
Decide what earns, and how much, by product, volume, value or performance band.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
Flexible rules let you realign points quickly as rand price lists move.
A single balance covering everything earned by scan and everything earned by invoice.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
One rand balance whichever way it was earned, paid out on the instant-EFT and card rails South African retailers already use.
Read scan activity, claim queues and overall programme health from the admin portal.
FEATURES:
WHY IT MATTERS:
Live data lets programme managers catch a problem in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal or the Eastern Cape early and steer reward spend to where it works.
Brands scaling across South Africa's township trade need loyalty that pays on evidence — a scan, an invoice — rather than on a claim nobody can check.
