Building Materials & Hardware Loyalty Programs

Building Materials & Hardware Loyalty Programs Cloud Software for Vietnamese Business

In this trade the person who chooses the brand and the person who pays for it are rarely the same. 1Channel runs both populations on one cloud: the dealers who stock your range, and the masons, tilers, plumbers and electricians who specify it on site. Claims are proven on pack codes or invoices, points convert to VND, and money settles by bank transfer or e-wallet.

How It Works

The Specifier and the Stockist Need Different Programmes

A tradesperson claims one bag at a time and wants the money that week. A dealer claims a quarter at a time and wants it settled against invoices. Both populations sit inside the same platform on entirely separate rules.

Tradespeople Claim on Pack Codes

The code sits under a scratch panel on the cement sack, the paint pail, the tile carton or the steel bundle. A member scans it once, and only once. Pack-code and invoice loyalty tests it against the issued register, records who claimed it and where, and puts the reason on screen when a code is refused.

Tiering for the People Who Specify

A contractor is worth what they write into a job, not what they carry on a shelf, so the ladder climbs on rolling project volume. The loyalty platform holds each level, what that level unlocks in order terms or accreditation, and the bonus that releases once a handover is signed.

The Dealer Counter Runs on Invoices

Dealers accrue on purchase that has already been invoiced rather than on anything scanned, with a separate slab table wherever a sub-distributor or a wholesaler sits in between. Retailer loyalty keeps that enrolment, those targets and that rebate run well apart from whatever the site trades are earning.

Enrolment, Proof, Points and Settlement

Two member populations with different identity checks, different proof of claim and different payout habits, all administered from one portal by one team.

Enrolment and Identity Checks

A dealer signs up with a business registration and an account in the trading name. A tradesperson signs up with a personal ID and a mobile number. Whatever is captured here is personal data under the Law on Personal Data Protection 91/2025/QH15, in force since January 2026, so consent, access and retention are recorded from the first screen, and claim validation ties every later claim back to that verified record.

Settlement in VND

Balances convert to VND and leave by bank transfer over NAPAS 247 or into an e-wallet. Cash is still how a good deal of site work gets paid, so enrolment captures a payout account once and reuses it. Payment automation applies a ceiling per member, retries a transfer that fails and reconciles each batch against the ledger.

Points, Tiers and Redemption

Points are worth collecting only if they buy something the member actually wants: tool sets, safety gear, a training place, or a straight VND transfer. Reward catalogues carry the level a member has reached, what it unlocks and how far away the next one sits.

Duplicate and Collusion Controls

A code spends once. Repeat claims from a single handset, dealer staff enrolled as independent tradespeople, and invoice values that will not reconcile with the despatch raise a flag instead of a payment. Approval workflows park anything doubtful with a Sales Supervisor before VND moves.

Run the Dealer and the Tradesperson From One Programme

Talk to 1Channel about a building materials loyalty rollout in Vietnam: split enrolment for dealers and site trades, claims proven on pack codes or invoices, tier ladders that mean something to the member, VND settlement by bank transfer or e-wallet, and controls that hold a doubtful claim before it pays.
