Why Choose Cloud AI QR & Invoice Loyalty Software in Vietnam?

Two proofs a purchase happened: a per-pack code accepted once, and the e-invoice mandatory here since 2022. Both credit the same VND wallet.
Backend Code Generation – Codes are created in the admin portal against a chosen SKU and batch, then supplied to your printing or labelling line. Point values can differ by product, pack size or campaign, so a premium SKU never earns the same as a sachet.
Single-Scan Enforcement – Each code is validated against the register the instant it is scanned. Anything unknown, expired or already claimed is refused on the spot, which matters when one case passes through a distributor, a wholesaler and a tạp hóa.
E-Invoice Claim Capture – Retailers and wholesalers submit product, quantity, value in VND, purchase date and distributor, and attach the invoice. Vietnamese e-invoices carry a consistent number and issuer, so every claim can be tested against the ones already in the system.
Distributor Then Brand Approval – A claim clears the nhà phân phối first, then the Sales Supervisor or Area Sales Manager. Points appear only after that second sign-off, mirroring how brands oversee a distributor-employed salesman team.
One VND Wallet – Scan earnings and invoice earnings share a balance redeemable by bank transfer, mobile top-up, vouchers or merchandise. Claimant contact details are held with consent and retention records that support the Law on Personal Data Protection 91/2025/QH15.
Dashboards & Channel Integrity Reports – Watch scan volume, claim approval rates, points issued against points redeemed, and where codes are surfacing. Scans landing far from the territory a batch shipped to are an early grey-market signal.

How Our Software Works?

Admins generate codes in the backend portal and map them to a SKU and a production batch. The codes go to your printing or labelling line, so each pack, case or label carries its own before dispatch. A tạp hóa owner, wholesaler or minimart buyer opens the app, scans, and the platform confirms the code is genuine, inside a live campaign and unclaimed before crediting points at that SKU's rate.

The invoice route suits larger purchases and modern trade buying. The claimant records product, pack, quantity, value in VND, purchase date and distributor, then attaches the invoice. E-invoicing has been compulsory for all Vietnamese businesses since 1 July 2022, so that document arrives already electronic and consistently numbered, and the platform can match it against earlier submissions. Upload windows of 15 or 30 days keep stale paperwork out of the programme.

The distributor approves, then the brand's Sales Supervisor or Area Sales Manager. Only then do points land in the member's VND wallet, redeemable by bank transfer, mobile top-up, vouchers or merchandise. Names, phone numbers and outlet details gathered along the way are stored with consent and retention records that support the Law on Personal Data Protection 91/2025/QH15, while dashboards compare scan and claim activity across the North, the Centre and the South.
