The Admin Portal acts as the centralized control center for configuring geography hierarchies, creating beats, mapping outlets, assigning field users, and scheduling visits across the distribution network. Users can customize dashboard themes, set dark or light mode, and configure the system according to their preferences.
Geography Master Configuration
The Geography Master is completely configurable. First, we define how many levels are required in the project. For example, three levels: State → City → Pin Code. Later, if required, another level can be added below City. Parallel levels can also be created. Every organization follows a different geographical structure.

Beat Planning & Outlet Mapping
Here we divide areas into beats. For example: Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Udyog Vihar Phase 5. Each beat can have one or multiple field users assigned, and outlets are mapped inside the beat. Planning can be done for the complete beat or for specific outlets.
