For sales teams in India, training is no longer just about completing sessions it's about structured growth, measurable performance, and timely promotions.
A Level-Based Learning Management System (LMS) ensures that your sales employees move step by step, unlock the right training at the right time, and get promoted automatically based on defined criteria.
This LMS is designed around 3 interfaces for 3 types of users, making training, tracking, and promotions simple for admins and motivating for employees.
3 Interfaces Designed for Structured Growth
Admin Interface: Full Control with Automation
The Admin dashboard is the landing screen of the software and can be accessed on desktop. Here, you can edit everything on the portal. The dashboard shows Total Employees, Training Modules, Active Sessions, Certifications Issued, Badges Earned, and Eligible for Promotion.
Under the Performance Matrix, you can instantly view Quiz Pass Rate, Attendance Rate, and Module Completion. With Quick Actions like Manage Users, Track Progress, Training Modules, Sessions, and Quizzes, admins save time while managing large sales teams. The dashboard also shows Recent Activities, along with total numbers of Trainers, Admins, Total Quizzes, and Levels.
Automation is built into the dashboard and analytics, helping you take faster decisions.
User & Employee Progress Management
In the Users section, you can add Admin, Trainers, and Employees (customizable as per your business requirement). You can Add Users, Bulk Upload, or export user data using CSV or Excel. While creating a new user, you define Email Address, Full Name, Mobile Number, Employee Code, User Type, and Current Level making level mapping clear from day one.
The Employee Progress screen gives you a real-time view of Total Employees, Eligible for Promotions, Average Completion Rate, and Average Attendance. You can search for any employee and track Current Level, Module Progress, Achievements (certificates, badges, attendance), and Promotion Status.
Levels: The Core of the LMS
The Levels feature is the heart of this LMS. Admins can create Level 0 to n number of levels and define promotion criteria based on:
- Certificates Received (%)
- Tenure (in Days)
- Average Productivity Units
These three criteria are pre-defined in the software. When an employee completes all three criteria at a particular level, they are automatically promoted to the next level. For example, a Level 0 employee must complete Level 0 activities; once all criteria are met, the next level is unlocked. This process continues as per the defined matrix.
This levelling system ensures fair promotions, transparent growth, and motivated sales teams.
Level-Based Training with Categories, Modules & Sessions
Admins can create Module Categories such as Behavioural Skills, Product Skills, and Selling Skills. Categories act as super sets, under which modules and sessions are created to manage training efficiently.
Modules are level-mapped. For example, if a module is assigned to Level 0, only Level 0 users can see it. As employees level up, new modules and sessions automatically become visible.
Sessions are the actual training classes and come in 4 types:
- Classroom (photo-based attendance)
- Virtual (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom links)
- In-Store (trainer-led, geo-tagged attendance)
- E-Learning (PDFs, images, YouTube links via E-Learning Deck)
Quizzes, Gamification & Motivation
Admins can create Quizzes, set passing percentage, negative marking, time limits, and maximum attempts, and assign quizzes by employee or level. Every employee receives notifications for assigned activities.
The LMS supports gamified quizzes, certificates, and badges on completion of levels and quizzes. For E-learning sessions, admins can set criteria such as opening a PDF for 30 seconds, only then marking attendance as present.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. How does the Levels system work in this LMS?
In the Levels section, Admin can add different levels from Level 0 to n number of levels. Promotion criteria can be set based on Certificates Received (in %), Tenure (in Days), and Avg. Productivity Units. When an employee completes all three criteria, the next level is unlocked automatically and new modules and sessions become visible.
2. Can Admin track who is eligible for promotion?
Yes, Admin can track Eligible for Promotion directly from the dashboard and also from Employee Progress Tracking. The screen shows Current Level, Module Progress, Achievements, and Promotion Status for every employee, making it easy to identify employees ready for the next level.
3. Are training modules visible level-wise?
Yes, modules are mapped with levels. If a module is assigned to Level 0, it will be visible only to Level 0 employees. Once the employee completes the required criteria and levels up, new modules and sessions are automatically visible as per the defined level.
4. What types of training sessions are available in the LMS?
The LMS supports 4 types of sessions: Classroom, Virtual, In-Store, and E-Learning. These session types cover almost all training needs, including physical training, online meetings, in-store training with geo-tagging, and self-learning through PDFs, images, and video links.
5. How are quizzes and certifications connected with levels?
Quizzes can be assigned by employee or by level. Admin can set passing percentage, maximum attempts, and time limits. On completion of quizzes and levels, certificates and badges can be issued, creating a motivating environment for employees to complete their learning and move to the next level.
