The rep picks the outlet, warehouse, payment mode and SKUs. The system confirms stock, layers on schemes, settles Philippine peso pricing and tests credit. Once accepted, the order moves into Delivery Note, Dispatch and Invoice.

Schemes are set up across steps for Basic Info, Eligible Products, Eligible Customers and Free Goods Slabs on a Buy-X-Get-Y basis. Volume, Value and Free Goods types add themselves to qualifying SKUs the moment an order is keyed.

Credit Management lays out Total Credit Limit, Utilised, Overdue, DSO and On-Hold accounts. Over-limit prompts appear while payments are allocated, and orders that breach a limit can route through an approval instead of blocking the rep.

The Analytics view opens with KPI cards, a Sales Trend, Top Products and Top Schemes. The report library spans Inventory, Order, Sales, Operational, Financial, Audit, Field Force and Master Data, and each one exports to CSV.

Each export drops into the queue marked Processing, Completed or Failed alongside an Expires date. Generated files remain downloadable for seven days, so several people can grab the same one without rebuilding it.
