Consumer Durables & Electronics Channel Loyalty

Consumer Durables & Electronics Loyalty Program Cloud Software for Vietnamese Business

Durables are won at the counter, by the promoter running a demonstration or by the dealer's own staff steering a buyer towards one brand rather than the model beside it. This programme pays for the unit that leaves the shop, not the one that leaves the warehouse: enrolled dealers and named promoters, every claim validated against the serial on the box, and settlement in VND by bank transfer or e-wallet.

How It Works

Paying for Sell-Out, Not Sell-In

Sell-in records what a dealer bought. It says nothing about who persuaded the buyer. Enrolment, serial-level claim validation, tiering and payout run as one sequence on a single cloud backend, from a multi-brand appliance floor in Ho Chi Minh City to a single-counter electronics shop in a Mekong Delta commune.

Enrol the Dealer and the People at the Counter

Dealer businesses enrol once, at company level, with a bank account for rebate settlement. The promoters and counter staff who actually move units enrol as named individuals, each with a verified phone number and a payout account of their own, so an incentive reaches the person who earned it instead of stopping at the shop owner. Roles, brands and eligible ranges are set per enrolment inside the loyalty platform.

One Serial, One Claim

A claim carries the serial number of the item sold, read from the box label or the rating plate. The engine matches it against the serial dispatched to that dealer and against every serial already paid, so one television, air conditioner or handset can earn exactly once, whoever files first. Anything failing the match waits in a review queue instead of being paid and clawed back later.

Tiers, Contests and VND Settlement

Cleared claims roll into rolling volume, which drives dealer tiers and promoter bands. Dated contest overlays can sit on top for the Tết build-up without disturbing the standing rules. Approved earnings settle in VND, and every capture and approval is retained through serial and invoice capture.

From Enrolment to Payout, Role by Role

A dealer, a promoter, an installer and a buyer each need different rules, different evidence and a different route to payment. All four sit on one cloud backend, so brand and finance teams read a single ledger rather than four spreadsheets.

Rules That Follow the Role

Dealers earn slab rebates on verified secondary sales fed from the DMS. Promoters earn a fixed or stepped amount per validated serial. Installers earn on a closed job. Buyers register the serial to activate warranty cover, which confirms the sale independently of the claim filed against it.

Settlement in VND

Promoters and installers take payout to a bank account over NAPAS 247 or to an e-wallet such as MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPAY or Viettel Money. Dealer rebates run as scheduled bank transfers or as credit notes against the next order. Caps, holds and approval limits are configured per programme before any VND moves.

Tiers and the Tết Window

Tiers move on rolling verified sell-out, so a shop is graded on what its counter converted rather than on what it ordered. Contest mechanics layer on as time-boxed multipliers or target races for the Tết build-up, which the North and the South enter on visibly different clocks, and they expire on their own date.

WhatsApp and SMS Alerts

Dealers receive allocation and tier-change notices, promoters receive claim outcomes and payment references, installers receive job assignments, buyers receive warranty confirmations. Every template is set per role and logged against the recipient for later reference.
