An automotive loyalty program is an AI-powered platform that drives deeper engagement with channel partners, influencers, retailers, and distributors. Partners earn points through DMS/ERP integration, QR code scanning, or invoice-based mechanisms. Points can be redeemed for UPI payouts, gift card vouchers, or physical rewards. There are three ways. First, through DMS/ERP integration where sales data flows monthly via SFTP and points are allocated based on quarterly sales slabs (e.g., ₹5 lakhs to ₹8 lakhs = 0.2% Silver tier). Second, through QR code scanning where codes are generated from the backend and pasted on products before dispatch. Third, through invoice-based mechanism where partners submit purchase details with invoice images for multi-level approval.

QR codes are generated from the backend and pasted on products before dispatch from the factory. When a partner scans the QR code from the app, it gets authenticated automatically. One QR code cannot be scanned by multiple persons, preventing duplicate claims. Points are allocated per product SKU with AI-powered validation, ensuring fraud prevention for Automotive, Auto Components, Batteries, and Aftermarket businesses.

Partners can self-register with OTP-based login. The client can upload key partners from the backend via Excel. Sales team can nominate partners through their own app with approval workflows. Partners enrolled in another system like Salesforce flow in through API integration automatically. KYC details including PAN and Aadhaar are validated via third-party APIs for 194R TDS compliance.

Partners can claim points directly to UPI or bank account with instant transfer. They can also redeem for Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra gift card vouchers that are dispatched instantly with voucher code, PIN, and expiry date. Physical rewards catalogue with electronics and home appliances is also available. One point equals one rupee across all programmes. 194R TDS is deducted at 10% for valid PAN or 20% for invalid PAN.

The platform includes leaderboards at state, region, and all-India level. Spin the wheel and scratch cards offer surprise rewards. Tier progress bars track Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels with configurable quarterly sales slabs. Upper limits can be set so businesses control maximum quarterly earnings. Push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and SMS keep partners motivated with birthday wishes, point balance reminders, and target nudges.

Yes. When a partner submits an invoice-based purchase, it goes for Level 1 approval to the retailer. The retailer logs into their app, reviews the invoice image and details, and approves or rejects. Then Level 2 approval happens by the sales team. Point credit happens only for finally approved purchases. Approvals are configurable — if the client does not want approvals, direct point credit can also be enabled.

Yes. Different schemes and campaigns can be configured per region, partner type, and segment. If a person of South region logs in, they see only creatives specific to their region and not the other region. Communication happens through carousel banners, pop-up creatives, and targeted campaign notifications from the backend. WhatsApp, SMS, email, and push notifications are all supported.

The admin portal provides dashboards with member growth year on year, active vs inactive partners, and never-active tracking. Detailed reports in Excel format contain all enrollment, transaction, and redemption data. The platform tracks point allocation, redemption, current liability, and partner engagement across Automotive, Auto Components, Tyres, Batteries & Lubricants, and Aftermarket Parts businesses in India.

Yes. The mobile app interface is available on both Android and iOS platforms. We can also have a WhatsApp-based data collection mechanism or a website URL.
