The admin creates levels from Level 0 upward with configurable promotion criteria. Three pre-defined criteria determine promotion: certificates received (in percentage), tenure (in days), and average productivity units. When a medical representative completes all three criteria for their current level, they automatically unlock the next level with new drug knowledge modules, compliance training content, and pharmacovigilance sessions. For example, Level 0 medical reps see only foundational drug knowledge modules. Once they meet all criteria, they progress to Level 1 and gain access to advanced medical detailing and regulatory compliance content. This creates a clear, compliance-driven learning path for pharma field teams.

Two quiz types are available. Standard quizzes present questions with 4 options each, and marks are given after completing the entire quiz. During module creation, the admin selects which level the module belongs to, ensuring only medical representatives at that level can access it. Sessions are then created within modules with one of the four session types.
