Each line is posted against the source PO or supplier invoice. When the received quantity does not match, the line is flagged and an alert is sent to the brand owner, distributor or super-stockist supplying the goods so the gap is resolved.

Accept the full invoiced quantity so your VAT and FIRS invoicing records stay clean, then raise a return against the GRN through the Returns module. A credit note is issued back to the supplying party for any shortfall or damage.

Yes. Batch number, manufacture date and expiry are entered on the GRN line. From that point the batch is traceable for FIFO, FEFO or LIFO allocation and expiry alerts, which matters for NAFDAC-registered food, drug and beverage SKUs.

Choose the destination warehouse on the GRN itself. On confirmation, stock is added to that depot under Stock Levels and becomes available immediately for orders, transfers and dispatch.

Yes. Depot and warehouse staff can capture receipts on low-end Android phones during grid blackouts or when the network fades inside a busy market, and the GRN syncs to the portal once they are back online.
