A submitted claim routes to the Sales Supervisor, and on to the Area Sales Manager where the policy calls for a second signature. The reviewer sees the request code, date, VND amount, claimant details and the attached receipt image before approving or rejecting with remarks.

Yes. Admins set claim policies in Settings, covering VND ceilings per expense head, per-diem rates for day travel and for overnight stays, and per-kilometre mileage rates. A dense urban beat and a Mekong Delta route can carry different allowances under the same policy engine.

Yes. It suits companies running field forces and distributed teams across the North, the Centre and the South, from Hanoi and Hai Phong through Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho, that reimburse staff in VND by bank transfer.

The platform is fully cloud-based with nothing to install on-premise, and mobile coverage in Vietnam is strong enough that reps normally submit as they go. On a remote mountain or delta stretch where signal drops, the app holds the claim and its receipt image and syncs once the rep is back in coverage. Onboarding and training are delivered remotely.
