A BFSI adviser network changes faster than the product catalogue it sells. This is the cloud platform that runs the joining pathway, the assessment an agent must clear before a product line opens to them, and the refresher cycle that keeps the answer current, across teams spread from the North through the Centre to the South.
How fast does a new joiner reach a working standard? Is access to a product line tied to a passed assessment or to a supervisor's judgement? And when terms change, does the knowledge get refreshed that quarter or at the annual review?
Agents and advisers join in cohorts all year, and a real share of them will not still be there in two years. A joining pathway sequenced by week, rather than left to whichever supervisor has an hour free, brings each intake to the same standard. The cloud training platform holds that pathway and shows who is still part-way through it.
A product line stays shut to an agent until the assessment behind it is cleared. That rule lives in the platform instead of in a supervisor's memory, so a savings product, a lending line or a protection cover opens per person and per line, on evidence. Employee records feed the joiner list, so no one is left unenrolled.
Rates, eligibility rules and product terms move often enough that an agent certified last quarter may already be quoting from stale knowledge. Scheduled refreshers with re-assessment pull the network back to current, and every attempt, score and expiry date is retained as a dated record for internal review.
Three pieces worth ten minutes each: onboarding a field force across Vietnam's three regions, covering a long north-to-south territory, and collecting against invoices through QR transfers, COD and cash.
Four things a certification programme has to do well, sized for a network of several thousand agents and advisers working across the North, the Centre and the South, and reported so a training lead can see readiness by region before a launch is committed.
Classroom days at a regional training centre, virtual sessions for advisers too far to travel weekly, short branch-floor huddles a supervisor logs in a few taps, and self-paced modules taken between appointments. All four write to the same training record, so a completion means the same thing whichever route produced it.
Papers are drawn at random from a question bank holding single-answer, multi-select, fill-in and image-based items, with negative marking where guessing needs discouraging. Pass marks, time limits, retake allowances and cool-down are set per module. Two agents sitting together get different papers, and a retake is different again.
Foundation, Practitioner and Expert are earned on completion plus score, never on tenure. Each level opens the content and the lines sitting behind it, so more complex lending and higher-value advisory work stay closed until the record supports them. The sales app reads the level rather than asking anyone to remember it.
Validity dates, renewal reminders and coverage by region feed the analytics layer, which sets them against field activity. The number that matters is not how many agents finished a course; it is whether the certified ones are now opening the products they were trained on.
Two flagship 1Channel apps run the field-to-channel workflow. Both ship on Google Play and the App Store and share the cloud backend used by the admin portal.
