Cloud DMS for distributors moving cement, steel, tile, paint and hardware in Vietnam. Hold dealer credit inside VND limits, schedule bulk deliveries around the site that is waiting, ring-fence volume committed to a project, close breakage claims quickly, and see what dealers actually sell on.
Heavy lines break the fast-moving-goods playbook. Order values are large and irregular, one dealer can hold more credit than a street of grocery outlets, freight and handling eat a real slice of margin, and a late delivery halts a pour instead of costing a single sale. Vietnam adds conditions of its own: a supply line running roughly 1,650 km from North to South, imported finishing lines landing at the ports, and e-invoicing that has been compulsory since 2022.
Orders reach the same order queue whether a Sales Representative raises one at a hardware counter, a sub-dealer keys it into the portal, or a site sends a call-off against a project. Channel class decides the VND price list, credit terms and rebate eligibility, and stock is committed from the depot that can genuinely reach the delivery address, without anyone rekeying a line.
Cement, bar, tile, paint and roofing are held by strength class, diameter, finish, shade lot and unit weight, not by a flat code. Consignments landing at Hai Phong, Da Nang or the southern deep-water terminals are matched to the shipping document as they reach each depot. Stock reserved for a project cannot be pulled back into everyday counter allocation.
Price lists that follow the channel class, plus slab rebates earned by tonne, pallet or litre rather than by case. Delivery slots are booked against site access, offloading labour and the hours heavy vehicles are allowed to run. Breakage returns carry photographs and a batch reference, and VietQR, transfer, wallet and cash receipts land on the dealer ledger as they are taken.
Three short pieces: getting at secondary-sales data, running VND credit and collections, and covering ground from one end of Vietnam to the other. All three land squarely on building materials and hardware distribution.
One cloud covers the full cycle, beginning at a specification-led SKU master and ending in a credit note for broken stock. Shaped around how these lines really move in Vietnam: by weight, on booked vehicles, against dealer credit somebody has to watch daily.
Order automation for distributors, sub-dealers, wholesalers and the hardware counters they supply. An order that would push a dealer past its VND ceiling is stopped before loading rather than after delivery, and a call-off from a contractor is priced at project rates and drawn from that project's reserved volume.
Finishing lines, sanitaryware and imported tile are matched to the shipping document through GRN entries at each depot. Batch, shade lot and production date are recorded at receipt, so a shade complaint raised months later can still be traced. Age-sensitive stock such as cement and adhesive is issued oldest first.
Pricing trees by channel: chain retail, project-direct buyers, wholesalers, then the sub-dealer counter. Slab schemes in VND on tonnage, pallet counts and litres, with contractor incentives handled separately. When freight or input costs force a revision, the new list is published with an effective date instead of circulating on paper.
Bulk deliveries are planned around site access, the offloading labour available and the hours heavy vehicles may run, with the delivery point recorded at commune or ward level so a driver is not hunting a half-built site. Promised slots are measured against actual arrival. Returns on fragile lines are photographed at handover before any credit note is routed.
Two 1Channel apps cover the field-to-channel workflow. Both are available on Google Play and the App Store and share the same admin portal backend.
