The platform supports configurable workflows with conditions, real-time triggers, loops, and notifications via email, WhatsApp, and push messages. Multi-level approval workflows support up to 7 levels deep with role-based or hierarchy-based assignment. For example, order placement approval, credit limit exception approval, expired medicine return processing, and cold chain deviation alerts can all be configured.
