How Our Software Works?

The process starts when a user logs into the portal or app. The dashboard shows today's orders, revenue, total order count, and active users. From the orders screen, distributors select a customer, choose a warehouse, pick a payment type, and add products with quantities. The system automatically checks stock availability, applies applicable schemes and pricing, and validates credit limits. Once placed, orders move through configured approval levels. After approval, stock is allocated from the warehouse, delivery notes are generated, dispatch is completed, and invoices become available for download.
