Admins define the geography hierarchy levels during project setup, then upload location data into the structure. Beats are created by dividing areas into zones, mapping outlets inside each beat, and assigning field users. Visit planning can cover complete beats or specific outlets, with today's date shown by default and future dates selectable. Recurring schedules are supported for systematic coverage. Field users see their assigned beat and planned outlets on the mobile app home screen, with distance and navigation available for each outlet.
