Auto-Select Batches in Batch/Expiry Management runs FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, or Manual modes. At dispatch the system picks the right batches automatically, no manual selection needed.

Rep selects customer, warehouse, payment type, and SKUs. The system checks stock, applies schemes, resolves KES pricing, and validates credit. Once accepted it flows to Delivery Note, Dispatch, and Invoice.

Schemes are built in 5 steps: Basic Info, Eligible Products, Eligible Customers, and Free Goods Slabs (Buy X Get Y). Volume, Value, and Free Goods schemes auto-apply on eligible SKUs at order entry.

Credit Management shows Total Credit Limit, Utilised, Overdue, DSO, and On Hold customers. Over-limit warnings appear at payment allocation; credit-exception orders can route through approvals.

The Analytics dashboard has 8 KPI cards, Sales Trend, Top Products, and Top Schemes. Report sections span Inventory, Order, Sales, Operational, Financial, Audit, Field Force, and Master Data. All export to CSV.

Each CSV lands in the Export queue with status Processing, Completed, or Failed, plus Expires. Files stay downloadable for 7 days so teams can re-download without regenerating them.
